The classic Windom antenna is an off center feed dipole that, by design, operates on it's
 frequency of resonance and harmonically related frequencies.  It is extremely efficient and
highly regarded by QRP operators.  The addition of a high quality tuner such as those by
LDG will allow operation on any frequency from 1.8-30MHz.

In a perfect world, this antenna would be installed 120 feet off the ground as a flat top.
However, since this is not practical for most urban installations, get it as high as is
practical and safe.  The good news is that the antenna will work in just about any installation.

This 246ft WINDOM antenna covers the 160-10 meter amateur bands, 200 watts PEP. 
It is made with FLEX-WEAVE black jacketed antenna wire and 4:1 balun.
